Parkside has a number of recreational facilities available for use by residents. The following is a complete list of recreational facilities.

The pool is located behind the Management Office at 10520 Montrose Avenue. The hours of operation are Monday though Friday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Weekends and Holidays 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The activity card you are issued when you register allows you to use the swimming pool and the other recreation facilities. Note: No one will be admitted to the pool enclosure without a valid activity card. If you have lost your activity card there is a $5 non-refundable charge for the replacement and you may obtain a new card in the Management Office. Use of the pool is free to all residents, and guests accompanied by residents are admitted for a fee.
The guest fees are $4.00 per adult and $2.00 per child. Guest passes may be purchased in the Management Office.
Parkside has two tennis courts for resident use, and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The regulations for use of the tennis courts are posted at the tennis gate.
There are two clubhouses available for use by residents and are to be used for private parties only. The North Clubhouse is available for $100 fee plus security deposit and the South Clubhouse is available for $75 fee plus security deposit. Please review the guidelines for the clubhouse of your choice and return the application (with payment) to the Management Office. There are separate guidelines for each clubhouse so please make sure you submit the application for the clubhouse that you intend to reserve. The clubhouses are reserved on a first come, first served basis and will not be reserved without payment in full.
A playground for children ages one to five is located at the rear of parking lot #206 (10508 Montrose Avenue). Please remember that children MUST be supervised at all times while in the play area.
The ballfield is located on Montrose Avenue between the Management Office and 10508 Montrose Avenue. It is available for recreational activites on a first-come, first-served basis.
